Common Questions

Estimate looks off? Tap any meal to edit its calories or macros — PlateLens remembers the correction for that dish and uses it next time.

Scan not recognizing your food? Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit, or add a quick hint of what the dish is. You can always log it by hand or barcode instead.

Manage or cancel Pro anytime in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases from the app's settings screen.

To delete your account and every photo and log we hold, use Delete Account in the app — it is immediate and permanent.
